• Collect, training manpower
• Warehouse stock control, synchronization of orders and planning in regard of
short-/mid-/long-term fulfillment of customers’ demands by securing optimal
logistic services levels
• set warehouse layout (categories, brands, FIFO, fast moving)
• Setting inventory reduction plans
• Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated plans
• Accountable for Case Fill Rate and Inventory KPI’s within their cluster(s)
• Preparation of operations reporting (slow moving items, dead moving items, capacity utilization pallets, turn over ) in close
• Coordination, processing and monitoring of dispatched shipments, shipment
control and tracing of shipments (in-/outbound)
• Managing inventory levels
