▪ Responsible for part of Dubai & Sharjah & Abu Dhabi (50% of total business).
▪ Managing team of 2 Key Account Executive and 2 sales Rep.
▪ Sets the required monthly and weekly plans to achieve targets and objectives

▪ Following up the Sales Situation for each accounts on daily basis with~ 4 sales Rep :
- Achievement % (Monthly- Quarterly & YTD)
- Growth% (per Group of pharmacy- per branch-per Range- Per items)
▪ Maintain win-win strong based relation with Decision makers in all Key accounts.
▪ Revise customer’s credit limit with sales team and decide either to increase or decrease according to the customer’s business performance
▪ Maintain and ensure collection on time
▪ Responsible for Dubai Area.
▪ Managing team of 7 sales Rep.
▪ Responsible for Dubai area (Aster, Life, Supercare, Boots, Mediclinic, Medseven, Prime, Lulu, United, Community …)
▪ Following up the Sales Situation for each accounts on Monthly basis with 7 sales Rep:
- Achievement % (Monthly- Quarterly & YTD)
- Growth and de growth% (per Group of pharmacy- per branch-per Range- Per items).
▪ Maintain win-win strong based relation with Decision makers in all big accounts.
▪ Controlling the payment in all the area to be average 4% overdue
▪ Creating new opportunities with online sites, outlets.
▪ Monitoring Sales Team’s strength and weakness in order to coach them accordingly
▪ Responsible for Dubai Area
▪ Supervise sales operations of sales team
▪ Implement strategies to sell products & services.
▪ Build new customer base to maximize sales.
▪ Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
▪ Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases
▪ Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances
▪ Tracking daily collection and resolved problems
▪ Supervise field marketing and sales force
▪ Analyse field reports and prepare sales documents.
▪ Analyse competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies
