* Prepare and maintain customer details from all available sources.
* Proper communication and follow-up with the customers at regular intervals.

verification, payment follow up and after sales services for customer’s satisfaction.
* Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
* Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding market conditions.

* Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
* Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
* Handling multiple areas like sea imports and exports, console imports and exports, air
imports and exports, road transportation, LCL shipments, documentation, storage and
warehousing.
