Communicate with clients to improve and develop business relationships cordially, in addition to maintain constant follow-up on their feedback.
Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering application trends.
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Work with technical office team to manage service sales fulfillment.
Establish new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
Travelling to visit potential clients.
Maintain sales forecasting and lost opportunities reports.
Go through the different research documents to conduct the literature reviews.
Make tabular formats, fact sheets, graphs and reports for the research results.
Analyze and summarize the result of experiments.
Attend area seminars, conferences and other meetings as necessary.
Supervise undergraduate students working on the research project.
Study the technical requirements of customers and select the proper generating set.
Prepare the technical submittal and financial offer.
Attend to technical questions of clients.
Prepare forecasting, sold and lost sales reports.
