Develop, deploy, maintain, administer and support systems infrastructure, server’s hardware and operating systems to ensure that they are supported to provide expected availability and performance.
Daily monitoring servers by our monitor applications and checking the mails which sent from these monitor systems (Nagios & Hyperic etc...).
Trace systems behavior to predict and proactively resolve any performance bottle necks, before they impact the business.
Perform periodic partial and full restoration exercises to ensure proper system backup, safety & integrity of systems and data.
Ensure proper utilization of available tools for monitoring and enhancing systems performance and develop all required scripts to properly monitor systems, databases and blades performance: Software & hardware.
Supporting 3000 employees, 2000 desktop/notebooks and 50 service servers with my team of 16 collogues, responsible for installation and administration of the computers and thin clients including communicate with other departments and suppliers.
