assistant for quality manager in all quality tasks like inspecting the the product on production lines, record all defects found on the product, raw materials and suppliers complain .make training for the new chemists and quality members, and update their knowledge about the product defects, organize quality members shifts .
1-Inspetion of diapers at start of shift in production lines, and random inspection along the sift after the inspection of QC inspector . 2-collect, record, classify the defects appear on the product during the shift and make report. 3- inspection of raw&packaging materials and make the necessary modifications with the Quality Senior Supervisor . 4- Training of QC new members
1-record of chemists inspection data to insure that the product is conform. 2-make random inspection for all products after chemists inspections. 3-inspection and release raw& packaging materials with the QC Specialists. 4-make suppliers complain & meeting with suppliers. 5-Responsible for shipping quality of the product. 4- Training of QC new members .
1-lab chemist inspector for under&final processing food products like juices, milk 2- analysis of softener& boilers water. 3- inspection of raw materials.
