Managing all Fleet Maintenance including (Sales Fleet, Heavy Fleet)
Responsibility :-
*Maintenance for sales trucks at All Regions and Modern Trade.(+1, 000 Truck).
*Sales fleet maintenance budget create and control.( +10, 000, 000 EGP)
*Sales Fleet Utilization 98% KPI's.
*Control spare parts stock.
*Supplier evaluation and efficiency, manage supplier's cost, quality, and delivery performance, appropriate sourcing strategies to control company's purchased spare parts costs and to insure adequate source of supply.
* Responsible of (west cairo) Fleet (180 vehicles).
* Managing and Implementing KPI’s for the vehicles utilization and maintenance
* Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plan for fleet maintenance staff; assign work activities, projects and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems
* Oversee and participate in the development and administration of the unit's annual budget; participate in the forecast of funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; monitor and approve expenditures, implement adjustment
* Conduct a variety of organizational studies, investigations and operational studies; recommend modifications to fleet management programs
* monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications.
* development of the Fleet Services budget to include a review of past year expenses; adjusts and administers (west cairo) Fleet Service purchases, including parts, tools.
* Diagnoses vehicles for minor body and fender work; engine overhauls; troubleshoots problems when needed.
* Provide monthly reports for each vehicle repaired to the group fleet manager
