 Reporting to the Middle-East “regional” Sales Director and managing all sales activities with all the local service provider and local partner.
 Providing technical support, problem resolution and general account management to Tekelec customers (Mobinil, Orascom Group and Vodafone Egypt) mainly working onsite with these customers.
 Maintain and develop customer relationships to increase revenue and customer care.
 Initiate regular communication with the customers to provide technical advice and guidance helping them understand the problems we are offering to solve.
 Engaging with the Engineering level and to listen to the support and maintenance group who are more aware of network instability and throughput restrictions that we can offer hardware, new applications…etc to solve.
 Identify and develop opportunities with the existing customer base, offering new products or solutions into the network, also to monitor competitors’ activity within the account, and detect work around and in-house developments where Tekelec can provide an off-the-shelf response.
 Tekelec interface with the customer’s Procurement and Finance teams, to help with day to day follow up on purchase order processing, invoicing and payment, in addition preparing sales proposals and provide quotations.
 Provide the customer, from bottom upwards i.e. engineer level up to management level, with a contact point within the company.
 Understanding the customer environments and anticipate their needs.
 Build relationships with customers to understand the business objectives and develop a shared vision of products and services.
 Work with the customer and internal engineering teams to ensure successful service delivery.
 Ensures technical teams are contributing to the company code library.
 Resolve and/or escalates issues in timely fashion.

HLR Implementation Advisor at Motorola

 As Motorola Engineer Responsible of commissioning and configuring the initial start up of PMCL HLS Project in Pakistan and acceptance test of Motorola HLS (HLR Server) Version 4.0.1 for Subscriber database for 42 million subscribers.
