• Responsible for setting up Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and SharePoint.
• Manage the documents and ensure the documents are available in the EDMs's and suitable for use.
• Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
• Responsible to accurately update information in the electronic document management system.
• Accurately allocate and control the numbering of documents.
• Monitor technical documents & project email folder, reviewal and approval of documents in accordance with agreed
schedule, control and expedite regularly weekly overdue documents or comments .
• Follow up of technical documentation and to ensure documents status to be closed.

• Ensuring the use of standardized forms and templates .
• Train employees on how to use and access the documents .
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboard on projects when required .

• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
