Project Description: PE4 and PE5 Revamp project shall enable an increase in production capacity by a further 200 KTA.
Project Scope covers Process areas in Brownfield, modification/ replacement of existing mechanical equipment (Reactors, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Hydro cyclone etc.) and resizing of piping systems with tie in connection with the existing systems, provision of new Ethylene compressor package the related auxiliaries systems at PE41/ PE42, purification and product areas

Duties:
− Co-ordination the project interfaces with the Owner and Engineering subcontractor and other contractors.
− Co-ordinate with engineering/procurement team to complete the relative deliverables within its timeline.
− Manage and plan the mechanical construction activities including ( piping, mechanical equipment and steel structure) including interface scheduling for tie-in connections with existing plant.
− Ensure implementation of HSE administrative procedures according to ADNOC WMS (Work Management System) and PTW (Permit to Work) procedures.
− Ensure work execution according to issue for construction drawing, installation manuals and technical documents as per applicable standards and project specifications.
− Ensure conduction the related work inspection as per approved ITP.
− Review / Validating the IFC documents is in line with the project scope of work and specifications.
− Review method statement and risk assessment with its related control measures for construction activity.
− Participate in the risk assessment for shutdown/ isolation activities with the End User operation team.
− Deal troubles occurred during erection according to deviation between Actual Site and design plan.
− Raising site technical queries and initiating field modifications
− Preparing Pressure test package with marked up P&ID and related contents.
− Participation in the construction completion package walk down with clients.

Project Description: Ruwais Fire Water Network Upgrade for ADNOC natural gas liquefaction and sulfur granulation plant. The project scope includes engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, inspection, transportation to the site, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of the facilities. The goal is to overcome frequent failures and improve the integrity, reliability, and maintainability of the fire water network, thereby enhancing the availability of plant operations. This includes the demolition/installation of firewater pumps and the replacement/resizing of pipe sizes according to the hydraulic and velocity study.

Duties:
− Ensure implementation of HSE administrative procedures according to ADNOC WMS (Work Management System) and PTW (Permit to Work) procedures.
− Ensure work execution according to issue for construction drawing, installation manuals and technical documents as per applicable standards and project specifications.
− Review / Validating the IFC documents is in line with the project scope of work and specifications.
− Manage and plan AG/UG piping, mechanical and civil construction activities, including interface scheduling for tie-in connections with existing plant.

Project Description: Elsewedy Power, in joint venture with Siemens, served as the EPC contractor for a simple cycle power plant with a capacity of 815 MW. The project consisted of three SGT5-4000F gas turbines, along with related auxiliaries and balance of plant mechanical systems, including fuel gas, compressed air, closed cooling, service water, demineralized water, and fuel oil. The mechanical works also included tie-ins with the existing plant for fuel gas, diesel fuel oil, and demineralized water.

Duties:
− ensure work execution according to issue for construction drawing, installation manuals and technical documents as per applicable standards and project specifications.
− ensure implementation of HSE administrative procedure according to HSE management plan
− Review method statement and risk assessment for construction activity submitted by subcontractor.

− Supervising subcontractors piping activities of BOP (balance of plant) including interfaces and TIE IN connection with Existing plant.
− Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports, developing subcontractor’s progress according to project schedule.
− Review subcontractors monthly progress invoices.

Project Description: Elsewedy Electric, in joint venture with Siemens, served as the EPC contractor for a combined cycle power plant with a capacity of 4800 MW. The plant consists of eight SGT5-8000H gas turbines (400 MW each), eight vertical heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) manufactured by Nem, four Siemens SST-5000 steam turbines (400 MW each), and the related auxiliaries and balance of plant mechanical systems, including fuel gas, compressed air, closed cooling, service water, demineralized water, and fuel oil.

Duties:
− Responsible for construction mechanical drawings according to applicable standards, specifications and review method statement and risk assessment for construction activity.
− Supervising and managing subcontractor scope of work for all piping activity fabrication and erection of power block piping of module 4 (2XGasTurbine400 MW - SGT5-8000H), two boilers (VERTICAL HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATION).
− Reviews inspection reports, delivery schedules, installation manuals and technical documents.
− Cross checking and updating Isometrics with Plan & P&ID drawings.
