* PDI "Pre-Delivery Inspection" checking, this check must be done to every new car before it can be delivered to the customer. We check all the lug nuts, lights, fluid levels, installs the floor mats, etc.
* Supervision over customer delivery and solve customers' delivery issues.
* Managing car parts orders (domestic & international)
* Quality checks on product and service delivery.
