Manage finance activities for Qassim Station
Working as the Accounts Supervisor follow up all accounts handling the BSP and suppliers accounts and accounts receivables
Reporting to the Finance Manager & G.M. assistant, as general accountant.
Responsibilities:
• The entry of cash sales in the system.
• Check the accuracy of the sales.
• Making all cash reports.
• Preparing the monthly salaries for head office & branches.
• Some major credit accounts (Ministry Of Defense) & others.
• BSP transmittals and reconciliation.
• Suppliers accounts (Tours & other service suppliers).
Main achievement:
• Make a new vision for preparing financial reports very fast & most trustable

Reporting to Finance Manager & G.M., working as a part of a team.
Using both a computerized & manual accounting system. Responsibilities:
• Making sales & purchases invoices.
• Credit customer's accounts.
• Sales representatives accounts.
• Helping in making all financial reports.
An establishment for computers & office equipments maintenance & sales.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the Accounting system.
• The internal, external purchases & outgoing expenses.
• Follow-up all accounts.
• Preparing salaries & everything relative to employees.
