• Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
• Responsible for following the implementation of brand strategies and tactics with internal team; analyze feedback, and propose changes and improvements when necessary
• Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the competitors’ products.
• Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force to achieve product objectives.
• Responsible for organizing, leading & controlling all marketing activities (group meetings, Round Table Discussions, Symposia, Congresses)
• Build productive business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Influential customers across the country.
• Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Regulatory Affairs to address any issues that may arise.
• Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.
• Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
• Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
• Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign.
- Key link between Egypt-Otsuka and healthcare professionals.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with KOL customers in class (A) territories; Down Town & Heliopolis.
- Making presentations to doctors; Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue.
- Monitoring competitors’ activities and giving full feedback to my managers.
