Deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on time.
To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
Coordinate with management about new administration practices.
Look in to day to day administrative operations.
Train and mentor trainees and other staffs.
Analyze financial data, records, reports and statements.
Checking into Luxury & Semi-Luxury tax of Motor Insurance policies.
Coordinate with the management to take necessary action on administration findings.
To ensure all filing are done in a timely and accurate manner.
Handling the clients regarding underwriting and the claims.
Selling & Introducing Insurance Policies to Customers who visit directly to the branch.
Reporting Customer feedback to the Management.
Organizing branch events & functions.
Checking into the courier system (In & Out).
