Strategic direction of Accounting and Finance functions. Creating and enforcing accounting and finance policies, procedures, and internal controls over all company’s activities (HR, Purchasing, Inventory, Contracts, ..). Recommendations and corrections with the purpose of ensuring the integrity of financial reports, Financial goals, and BOD strategy.
Direct, control and administer the financial strategy, planning and activities of the company in line with overall corporate objectives. Accountable for providing strategic financial leadership in the company by actively engaging in development of organizational strategies in general and financial plans and strategies in particular to enhance stakeholder values and meet organizational goals & objectives.
• Direct and oversee all financial operations and corporate financial planning and structure.
• Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.
• financial planning and related ongoing advice for the chief executive and senior management.
• Direct and oversee audit and zakat functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance.
• Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required)

• Responsible for all corporate and human resource activities including employee benefits, payroll, corporate insurance and related activities.
• ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding all the company’s financial and administration affairs.
Manage the overall risk based annual audit plan. This requires ensuring that financial and operational audits are planned and conducted efficiently and the results reported effectively highlighting key risks and controls.
To ensure that the internal auditing function protects the interests of Group and its stakeholders through the provision of financial, or operational internal auditing services.
• Manage the execution of multiple audit engagements, reviews, and compilations. Manage departments’ relationships and expectations. Monitor the engagement audit team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed. Directs the preparation of the Department’s budget requests
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with management throughout the year. Oversee the issuance and presentation of audit reports, observations, and other deliverables. Review and finalize audit reports performed by audit staff. Discuss the audit report with functional head of audit area to resolve audit findings requiring corrective actions.
• Develops and updates audit programs and checklists; plans and monitors audit work schedules; and develops and recommends implementation of forms, systems, and procedures to carry out responsibilities and accomplish goals of the Internal Audit Department.
• Ensures that accepted accounting and audit principles and policies are followed, and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal accounting procedures and operating systems and controls.
• Performs special audit-related projects as assigned
To implement and improve financial control across the company, including Financial reporting, analysis, solution implementation; to review compliance with policies & procedures and statutory regulations.
• Lead and manage the designated staff with full regard to all relevant company policies and procedures.
• Develop financial reporting formats for the periodical reports to be submitted to the management and the Board of Directors.
• Understand the company’s financial and other systems and how they fit into the control framework, and to make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
• Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management function.
• Act as the main point of contact to external auditors and provide all required information.
• Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the firm.
• Compile and analyze data to prepare various journal entries.
• Prepare the cost of goods imported report.
• Review and reconcile customer’s accounts.
• Responsible for preparing monthly Commission statements and investigating any issues or inquires regarding balances on the report.
• Reconcile and analyze various balance sheet and expense accounts.
