RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, negotiating prices, terms and conditions to secure the best possible deals.
✓ Creating and managing purchase orders for various goods and services, ensuring accurate specifications, quantities and delivery timelines.
✓ Coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to track order status, resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery.
✓ Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to optimize costs, minimize excess stock, and avoid stockouts. Collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock counts.
✓ Maintaining accurate procurement records, contracts and documentation for auditing purposes.
✓ Maintain record and control the engineering library of relevant procedures codes &standards, specification and reference documents contract documents within the document control area.
✓ Perform document control & Quality Management System (QMS).
✓ Maintain procedures for maintaining documents and change control of document.
✓ Responsible for the effective and efficient document control of all engineering documents, in accordance with the established procedures.
✓ Register, log, distribute, track, issue, maintain and control office and site project document.
✓ Supports audits for Quality Assurance, internal technical reviews, client reviews and ISO Standard Audit.
✓ Coordinate all activities related to the Document Controller Procedure, including technical document.
✓ Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
✓ Preparing and sending daily process report to higher authority.Maintaining the Hard copy & Soft copy.
✓ Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and correspondence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓To implement civil work complying with materials specification and standard.
✓Supervise and maintain proper method of civil work practices.Planning and Execution of project to fulfill the requirement on time.
✓Link between organization and Client to maintain the flow of work.Manage other activities regarding project as needed.
✓To request necessary materials required during operation on site. Site execution in structures and finishes as per drawing.
✓Ability to perform under high pressure and against target deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Ability to motivate and inspire confidence in the team.
✓Follow up the Construction Work with site engineer & Construction Manager and handling team work.
✓Making of daily progress and monthly progress and invoice making for civil works.
● After Completion of course, I worked as trainer in same Institute for three months in Part time job. Teaching Auto Cad, Revit to the student.
● Preparing sample project like Construction building plan.
