Architecture and Civil works inspector:
Ensuring the contractor is proceeding works according to Contract specifications, Issued for construction (IFC) and Shop drawings, and within the scope of Bill Of Quantities (BoQ), and as Client's requirements, for civil and architecture works.
Role requires team management and quality standards implementation. According to Abu Dhabi Authorities (AD municipality, AD civil defense, etc.).
Co-ordination with clients and contractors, to ensure product quality, delivery on time and ensuring client's satisfaction.
Involved in installing, applying, restoration and renovation of Finishes, for interior and exterior works.
Works included interior and exterior Paints, Plastering, Cladding, Tile works.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Studying the contract of the project.
- Studying the plans and specification of the project.
- Help prepare the work program to execute the project.
- Preparing the site of the project.
- Provide the manpower required for the project.
- Provide the needed equipment.
- Provide the required materials for the project according to specification.
- Monitoring activities according the sequence of tasks.
- Monitor and instruct labor to execute the works according to specification and quality terms.
- Handing over the finished works to the consultant engineer.
- Work with Quantity surveyor for executed works and prepare the payments.
High school degree
