Meet with financial and accounting heads to establish periodic revenue goals and implement
strategies on a regular basis.
• Review files from Human Resources and choose candidates that can actively contribute to
company projects.
• Discusses quality of assignments with employees, and highlight areas that need improvement in the
future.
• Ensure that employees have a supportive and dynamic workspace and the resources they need to
provide excellent service to clients and outside vendors.
• Resolve client and vendor complaints in a timely and respectful fashion, and ensure that the
company maintains a positive image and provides unrivalled services.
• Compile quarterly reports using a variety of statistics, written data, and employee evaluations, and
present the findings to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in person.
• Attend corporate marketing events and actively promote company brand to outsiders.
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet
project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project deliverywill include full implementation from
initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and
directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork,
innovation and excellence
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and
mature these capabilities for the organization
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team
meetings
• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues,
communicating across leadership
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while
maintaining alignment with industry best practices
• Manage project scope and changes
• Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by
appropriate key stakeholders
• Act as an internal quality control check for the project
• Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
• Assist in dispute, negotiation, arbitration or litigation, as needed
• Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract
• Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services
• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external
vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
• Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing
deliverable with team members and stakeholders
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependenciesand critical path

• Own projects through the whole project lifecycle, ensuring the proposal and development of effective
solutions are in line with business and system strategies.
• Develop monthly and quarterly project budgetsand forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and identify
drivers and trends that result in actionable decision making.
• Analyse and document user requirements for change/enhancements to business processes and/or
systems
• Design new working process and solutions where required.
• Maintain project schedules, budget, and plans and monitor overall progress and team performance.
• Identify and manage project issues and risks, develop constructive solutions and recommend or
implement specific actions to address them, ensuring escalation where appropriate.
• Conduct post implementation reviews, project closure and handover of operational processes to
business owners.
• Review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs to determine
problem/opportunity/solution resolution and translate them into application and operational
requirements.
• Manage changes to requirements (documentation, impact evaluation, communication to all
stakeholders and change validation/verification).
• Work with testing team to ensure test scripts are created and updated based on reported
issues/changes/upgrades to the systems.
• Developing structured user manuals and conduct user training where necessary.
Participating during the presales to support during the bidding process.
• Leading multiple related different solutions projects and Create smooth communication through the
best practices PMBOK.
• Manage and control the execution of the program management plan across all program projects.
• Monitor and control the quality of the program management plan.
• Knowledge of differentcontractstypesutilized in Vodafone globalenterprise core servicedeployment.
• Supports the Global Service Manager in delivering a global project in time and to budget through the
above.
• Ongoing management of key process stakeholders at all levels within VGE and the Local Markets.
• Apply mitigation plan to assure the progress is in line with the plan.
• Define and agree weekly progress reporting requirements.
• Identify process improvementsand opportunities to drive further revenue delivery.
• Monitor and measure each VGE contract implementation and assist in the production of the WIP
(Work In Progress Report) for VGE.
• Ongoing management of key process stakeholders at all levels within VGE and the Local Markets.
