* Set shipment ship window after coordinating with internal department
heads "sales, projects. Etc…" to ensure meeting required arrival dates
demanded by company's customers and updating warehousing team with
same on a weekly basis via self-made business reports.
* Relaying quality report requirements to company's representatives at
origin to coordinate with supplier(s) and ensure no deviations prior to
shipping of goods to reach zero non-conformance cost.
* Professional Representation of company in contract negotiations and
formulating policies with suppliers and all subcontractors.
* Preparing and setting payment methods and timing in line with companies
SOP and CFO instructions.
* Set and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids / tenders prior
to public announcement "upon coordinating with all relevant departments.
* Constant revision of self KPIs "key performance indicators".
* Regular reporting to direct manager and other concerned parties.
* Following up on outstanding and ensure payments are made within agreed
credit time and providing management with weekly statement of accounts
report.
* Managing commercial documents for all shipments:
* Reviewing Contract terms and conditions.
* Approving Invoices (Performa and commercial).
* Shipping documents (B/L, certificate of origin, cargo manifest, etc…)
* Ensure maximum utilization of team under area of responsibility
and setting professional / proper working environment for same
ending up with achieving all targets assigned per individual job
description.
