Working as a Supplier Business Development Engineer at "General Motors Egypt“.
• Responsible for enhancing and developing process, system and quality of local suppliers in the automotive industry.
• Leading the sourcing process in the new projects for the different car models (passenger cars or commercial or trucks), for the Planning, Quality, time and procurement management phases in the project life cycle.
• Apply lean manufacturing and six sigma projects at
supplier's premises.
• Deployment of value management activity to reduce parts cost and increase the expected functions.
• Prepare Supplier evaluation score card, and supplier ratings.
• Significantly improved suppliers performance through implementing QSB (Quality system basics) & PFMEA tool which made them nominated for GM global supplier quality award.
• Developed 24 part numbers in 3 major projects (Dabbabah, Aveo & Captiva) with 6 different suppliers which led to a successful flawless launches.
• Mastering problem solving techniques through implementing 3 Red X projects for complicated and chronic issues.
• Team coordinator for specific audits, helped in demonstrating new approach to achieve the target and help the suppliers to comply with GM audit requirements.

Working as a Heavy trucks sales engineer at "Ghabbour Auto".
• Responsible for selling Volvo heavy duty trucks through the country.
• Successfully completed two deals with government and local companies which increased the sales of 2011 by 10% comparing to 2010 and gain a good reputation for the vehicle in the market

Working as a Workshop engineer at "Auto master (Mansour Chevrolet sub dealer) ".
• Responsible for the both mechanical and electrical sections.
• Managed to increase the performance of the workshop by reducing number of customer comeback per month as a KPI, reached zero for 2 successive months.
• 2004 - 2009 Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automotive department, Ain Shams University. Graduation Project was about planning a service center and inspection center and its grade was Excellent.
