· Managing 17 Branch in all over Egypt And Responsible for providing of support
in solving all technical problems for all of the company’s Branches users and
managers (Desktop, Printer, Photocopier, network, fax, CCTV, finger print
system, Phones system, )
· Complete management of the company’s servers, domain controllers and Active
Directory customizations including Group Policies, user profile, creation, editing
and deletion of user etc… according to business needs and managers
recommendations
· Maintain and monitor network software and servers access on daily basis to
ensure that all users can access all allowed applications and data in all locations.
· Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards
· Responsible for the supply and Renewing maintenance contract for all needs
(Internet provider lased line & ADSL, Photocopier, CCTV, )
· prepare activity reports
· Maintaining the IT inventory
· Responsible for All IT Hardware & software Purchasing
· Implementing and administrator for CCTV Camera in All Ace Branches
· Implementing and administrator for Finger Print system in All Ace Branches
