Explaining human resource policies, procedures, laws and standard to new and existing employees
Informing newly hired of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, Schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process, organizing/ screening resumes/job applications, sourcing candidates using job portals
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
