Based on Orange (Mobinil) management request, I had assignment to lead team of 4 consultants to pursue OSS implementation program with full coordination with Cisco & HP across the IT & Network departments:
o Monitor IT & Telecom equipment - more than 1000 devices
o Monitor Layer-7 VAS applications
o Implement 24x7 NOC operations Process, Tools and Resources
o Implement 10 x ITILv3 Processes (Operations, Transition and Design)
I was engaged for 4 months project with Saudi Telecom (STC) as NOC Manager:
Ensure that all NMS applications for core and non-core IP/MPLS network are running adequately
Monitor and provision IP/MPLS services and applications
Fix and rectified COM customer tickets and following up Cisco TAC cases
Provide OSS and Cisco Applications consultancy for COM dept., give them best practice to manage and operate network and direction for management application
Attend weekly meeting regarding services and processes performance reviews
