• Led field quality control for concrete and finishing works, including monitoring material deliveries, to uphold the
highest standards of quality and durability throughout the construction phases.
• Prepared and submitted regular, comprehensive progress reports (site records, QC inspections, deviations) to
the Project Manager, providing insightful data for strategic decision-making.
• Supported the contractors Project Manager in the review of monthly contractor payments, based on
quantifiable deliverables and site performance, ensuring financial transparency and fairness.
• Maintained a robust archiving and filing system for all supervision documentation, including shop drawings,
RFIs, submittals, and inspection checklists, facilitating efficient information retrieval and compliance.
• Enforced and promoted stringent Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality Assurance/Quality Control
(QA/QC) standards on-site, fostering a culture of safety and high-quality structural execution among all

Project: Marina Coastal Towers
The Marina Coastal Towers project is a prestigious high-rise development comprising seven towers, each averaging 40 floors, built atop a 5-floor podium structure with 2 dedicated podium levels. With a total project value of 5 billion EGP, it stands as one of the landmark developments in Egypt. The project was executed in collaboration with some of the countrys largest and most reputable contractors, including Hassan Allam, Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) in a joint venture, and Orascom Construction. Project Management Oversight (PMO) was provided by Hill International North Africa, ensuring world-class project execution standards.

-Reviewed all the technical documents (Shop drawings, Method statement, Material approvals and various Tests.
-Monitor construction process and inspections (Piles, Rafts, Columns and shear walls, Post tension and traditional slabs and insulations).
