Operation Coordinator:
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards.
- Identifying and resolving any problems for the employees.
- Providing all the assistance for the Employess regarding the time sheet, medical insurance, government related quires.
On Boarding Officer:
- Handles all processes for smooth deploying of new employees.
- Finalize all the paper work and arranging transportations and accommodation and giving brief presentation of the work responsibilities for the new joined employees.
- Arranging the medical checkup and acknowledge the new joined employees with the safety policy of the facility.


Medical Insurance Officer:
- Processing all the medical insurance queries for the facility members from adding new Employess and their dependents, or modifying the insurance class or removing the exit employees.
- Respond to the employees inquiries by phone and email.
- Perform data entry and filing to record employees and insurance data.
- Providing guides to the employees for the covered network in their area.
- Assisting the employees with their claims requests.

Contract Administrator:
- Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, etc and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate.
- Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
- Write contract letters and other communications and notices.
- Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget.
- Reviewing and updating existing contracts.
HR Officer:
- Handling All GOSI, WPS, MOI, Muqeem quires.
- Preform data entry and record all active employee data.
- Processing sponsorship transfer.
- Register new employee’s data in GOSI.
- Register work injures reports in GOSI
- Updating and modifying employee’s information, profession and salary details.
- Monitoring the monthly GOSI invoice.
Through MOl:
- Issuing new and renewal Iqama for the facility members.
- Reporting escape and minoring the netaq of the facility.
- Updating employee information.
- Send and approve sponsorship transfer requests.
- Making new visa requests.
- Monitoring WPS and Uploading WPS files by monthly.
- Changing professions.
Ajeer Portal:
- Uploading and exporting employees data and uploaded them on Ajeer system and link them with the facility projects.
- Making new contracts with the facility projects and issuing the Ajeer letters for our employees.
- Monitoring the payments of the Ajeer letters cost.
ZAWIL Portal:
- Assisting the facility project in broader areas to provide them work permits for the employees.
Saudization officer:
- Providing a solutions for the netqat issues and working on maintaining the facility on the green level or above.
Muqeem Portal:
- Full responsibility of Muqeem portals accounts and preforming all tasks on Muqeem.
