• Responsible to conduct regular material stock analysis, mini-max order point, identifying fast and non-moving materials.

• Responsible to monitor all equipments under idle, for repair and operational including periodic preventive maintenance cycle schedules.
• Responsible to submit performance and status reports of all equipments, weekly and monthly.
• Responsible to participate in conducting Company’s semi and annual inventory.

• Responsible to maintain stores general maintenance including housekeeping in all areas.
• Responsible to maintain all daily store transactions / documents (receiving, issuing and transfers to other site stores) inter-company branch transfer both KWT and UAE.
• Responsible to supervise all store stock, proper handling/storage and material transactions are complies according to Company Procedures and Policies.
• Responsible to maintain all store materials are stored and in proper storage area of locations in accordance with HSE Rules and OH&S Policy and Standard.
• Responsible to supervise manpower movement and its performance including misconduct and participate in Store activities and other related function.
• Coordinate with Company's Quality Assurance in conducting inventories/ annual/random and scheduled quality internal audits.
• Responsible to properly input daily Stores transactions accurately and well encoded thru networking systems (ERP/Oracle)

•Responsible to maintain and managing stock of monitors & PC's
•Maintained store facilities to ensure smooth functioning - Made arrangements and placed orders for new stock and supplies whenever necessary.
•Responsible for upkeep of various appropriate records of materials received.
•Received deliveries of new equipment and ensured that all the supplies were in proper order - Stored the supplies and items received in their designated place to avoid time wasted searching for items and general confusion.
•Issued supplies as per the demand of the projects.
•Reported to project manager on a regular basis regarding the need/demand of items so that the future orders could be placed accordingly.
•Monitored the functioning of store equipment and reported problems and failures to the supervisor.
