Job Description: as part of a team of innovators in the Mobile Broadband and Data Solutions department we emphasis on solution architecture E2E (CRM, Billing, IN, VAS, PS, PCRF, notification) for new data product and have the full ownership of PCRF system. Analyze business requirements E2E coming from users for broadband products and services. Develop/implement PCRF logic part of Data product and ensure the highest quality and least defects of data products E2E. Ensure effective and efficient implementation of 3G Data solutions E2E and take decisions related to the effective and efficient operation of the PCRF
Key responsibilities
1. Assessing and analyzing the business requirements and proposing innovative and feasible solutions
2. Product definition, implementation and optimization on PCRF
3. Effective and efficient utilization of PCRF system resources
4. Effective and efficient coordination with other teams to reach the best solution architecture including integration with GGSN, IN and other network elements
5. Maintaining proper documentation of solution architecture according to Etisalat’s standard
6. Following Etisalat’s business processes (P&S, change management, architecture, etc.)
7. Administering and owning IT systems that are integrated with different IT & Core Net. nodes
8. Supporting operations teams
9. Support the enhancement & automation of enterprise processes & KPIs
10. Support Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance teams
11. Supporting the proof of concept of new features
12. Maintaining excellent relationship with the business users
13. Define PCRF system KPIs and assure that all agreed KPIs are monitored
14. Represent IT team in WiFi offloading committee, heavy data user management, fraud cases discovered and data abnormal trend task force and come out with ideas and solution to protect business case and sustain product profitability
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand customer needs and challenges and consult them. Engage closely with Customers, Nokia Siemens Networks Customer Teams
Lead opportunities and plan sales initiatives with CTs
Participate in account planning focusing on consulting-led opportunities
Contribute to design of solutions that are fit for purpose together with Project Manager and Solution Architects
Agree the value and scope of the solution with the customer
Deliver chargeable services with high quality and clear value to the customers
Identify further high value opportunities
Act and work according to CSI Consulting’s guiding principles and basic methodology
For system-led sales model
Support with scoping, cost planning, price structuring and risk assessment of CSI solutions
Involve Project Manager and Solution Architect from CSI to create high-quality bid
