for day to day deployment of trucks movement.Coordinating of fleet drivers and workshop mechanics. Responsible for travel authorization, security clearance and Waybills before their departure to their assignment, prepare vehicle gate pass for authorization of the fleet movement prior to departure. Responsible to take immediate actions and rescue fleet breakdowns on mission, providing weekly trip records fuel issued to all vehicles, machinery and generators and spare parts issued are required to be submitted to FMS, fleet manager workshop manager, and fleet of logistics i submitted all reports through established reporting formats.
Supervised in the workshop for maintenance, repairs, and overhaul Engines. Body work, or Panel biting, brake systems, Electrical. and all vehicle equipments. And safety officer for the entire workshops and to the field of operations.
