Responsibilities
Shipping Operation manager
From door to door, export & import, Take all necessary measures to deal with Clients, liners,
clearance, internal trucking and overseas agents. For below kinds of shipments;
 Dry full containers
 Reefer containers
 LCL
 General cargoes
For Export:
* Arrange with the shipper for starting the shipment as required.
* Negotiate the ocean rates with liners, booking with suitable shipping lines with best rates.
* Revise the documents as commercial invoices, packing list, license, ect.
* Operate the trucking and customs clearance of the shipments.
* Following & fixing the documentation with the liners, customs tell issue the required documents
of the shipment.
*Issue house bill of lading "if required" / invoices.

For Import:
*Arrange imported shipments with overseas agents specially from far east .
*Following the procedures step by step from the shipper, agent and liner till the shipment arrives to
POD.
* Issue the abandonment letter, invoices for consignee.
* operate the import customs clearance, trucking till warehouse.

For overseas agents: check and issue the statements of the shipments with agents for mutual bank
accounts.
