Preparation of annual budget by coordinating with different department
Analyze financial statement, track financial performance against budget and provide variance and trend analysis.
Preparing monthly financial reports including profit and loss account and cash flow statement and Balance sheet.
Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly MIS on revenue, yield, fleet utilization, revenue per vehicle and fleet profitability.
Provide standard MIS report for different department and advise for corrective action for cost optimization.
Calculating the GP, IRR and NPV for fleet procurement, analyze the variance between actual vs projection
Analyze fleet maintenance cost, review budget and actual cost per kilometer and advise corrective action.
Closely work with senior management to formulate strategic objectives and balance score card of the company
MBA with specialization in Finance.
