Plan, perform and report Product and process Audits procedures according to MB requirements.
Coordinate and maintain QM system in responsible area according Quality Policy ISO 14001.

• Managed the department to be positioned as the central hub of technical information, which required to achieve the organization’s strategic goals.
• Responsibility for application of process changes, controlling of process deviation.
• Creating, update, and spreading documentation - process description, parameters, working instructions, diagnostics, and removing process failures.
• Providing technical support to the production lines especially in case of technical problems in cooperation with BMW AG.
• Develop and oversee plans, processes, and programs which minimize manufacturing costs and maximize productivity through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital, to attain manufacturing objectives and production schedules.
• The handled responsibility of technical change management in the company, as well as providing process technical data such as process specification, work instructions, operation master list, process sheets, layout, tools, equipment, process technical changes … etc.
• Modify Process Specifications and Work Instructions to improve plant manufacturing processes or in support of other departments.
• Assure competency and permanence of manpower are fully capable of achieving management and manufacturing objectives through training, motivation, and conduct an employee performance review.
• Preparing all equipment and special tools needed by BMW AG for launching any BMW new models.
• Study the production plan and prepare the requirements relating to it .
• Executes production plans and policies in accordance to the settled plans and goals .
• Maintains that the targeted quality standards are applied before, during and after production
• Attends all the audit presentations and react with the corrective action to improve the quality to reach the target audit points .
• Communicate all the service department to solve any production line problem and line stoppage and take the suitable preventive action, and recommend the equipment procurements .
• Motivate the workers & supervisors and prepare the monthly and yearly appraisal for them .
• Applies employees technical competencies and training activities according to improvement plan .
• Use a strong back ground about lean manufacturing philosophy, six sigma methodology and 5S in managing the operations.
• Participate in the teams of QMS and the international standards related to integrated management system .
• Set the monthly incentive for the line supervisors and technicians .
• Maintains the health and safety regulations and follow up the company policy and training system related to the issue .
• Implements the KAIZEN event .
Al-mansour is one of Egypt's largest importers, distributors and retailers of motor vehicles and also owns sole distribution rights for GM products in Egypt ( Chevrolet, Opel, Cadillac, Isuzu and AC Delco ) .
• Leading a group of mechanical and electrical technicians in the workshop.
• Using a diagnostic tools for repairs and programming.
• Allocate jobs as per priority and required skills to technicians, update workshop manager accordingly.
• Constantly Follow for promised time, update workshop control screen for any changes
• Road-test customer vehicles to confirm problems and, after service, to ensure that repairs have been completed.
• Preparing monthly evaluation reports to the workshop manager about the technicians performance during the month.
• Leading the external service team and preparing all spare parts needs, reports .
• Leading a group of mechanical and electrical technicians in the workshop.
• Quality Control, making sure everything is going as it should be and trying to spot the potential problems and solve them .
• Offer additional maintenance and repair services to customers when appropriate .
• Advise customers on periodical maintenance requirement as per manufacturer recommendations.
