• Provide new procurement members with the proper training on all purchasing concepts and handle escalation process for team critical & difficult suppliers.
• Lead the team in implementing all materials changes requested by customer/supplier and Internal Designers (Engineering change Requests).
• Lead supply chain in the After market projects to ensure all customer demands is being fulfilled on time and in full without any liabilities.
• Determine method of AFM supply based on demand, stock availability, production requirements & supplier performance & allocate relevant special costs.
• Determine over-deliveries for the team, Monitor Inventory Levels to determine which items have low or excess stock.
