• Full responsibility for operations of 17 furniture showrooms " Alabdullatif furniture " with monitoring and evaluation of team work
• Manage full needs cycle for projects as a procurement and suppliers
• Lead fit out projects from inception to handover for brand of Alfemo showrooms in saudi arabia including design, commercial and delivery teams.
• Development the operations strategy and objectives to make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively, by analysing all data and preparing daily reports
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Alfemo furniture co : Within 5 years we have opening 5 showrooms for Alfemo furniture as a new brand .
• King Salman Air Force Base : furnishing a residential complex consisting of 44 villas and 28 residential units .
• Renovation of King Saud University Theater, in cooperation with engineers, implementers, and suppliers .
• Ministry of foreign affairs : General supervision of office furnishing in the new Building (CAP 4) project,
• Nofina restaurant : project management - Fit out interior
• Sejam Dental clinic : project management - Fit out interior
• Responsible for clients in Riyadh region, and to meet their needs for designing and implementing works, selecting decorations, accessories and lighting.
• Interior project management of retail units, showrooms and restaurants from design inception through to completion on site.Strategic planning and development with a concentration on the goods display in our store and customer focused initiatives .
• Responsible for managing the design department in the Alexandria area, which includes 3 showrooms
• Cooperating with the sales department and interior designers to Create, update and display new ideas and designs to fill empty spaces in showrooms the company’s best products
• Continuous work to satisfy customers on designs submitted to them by designers to increase sales and reporting to the Head of Design and Display
Create 3D design for customers by using company’s product
• Assist the customer in selecting products and coordinating colors
• Continuously provide creative design ideas & methodologies to all products & stagnant products that help in increasing sales - Prepare the annual display budget.
