System Erection and Commissioning

❖ Commissioning of Elevators and Troubleshooting.
❖ Excellent experience in monitoring and inspection of commissioned units.
❖ Organizing & prioritizing work demands for routine & special needs.
❖ Efficient use of manpower & tool kits.
❖ Preparing the Elevators for client inspection and get approval.
❖ Fine tuning and final adjustment of the Elevators.
❖ Training to the beginners about the Elevators safety procedure, Maintaining the Elevators unit and Trouble shooting of Elevators & Escalators.
❖ Updating colleagues about the new product.
Familiarity with products
❖ Good Knowledge in VVVF drives and microprocessor control
❖ More than 10 Year Experience in MONO SPACE Elevators. (Machine room less)
❖ Good knowledge in programmable controller, LCE LON controller and relay type control.

Skills
❖ Good knowledge in products & safety procedures for proper handling of electrical & electronic works

❖ Knowledge in computer application E_LINK for monitoring and controlling the Elevators and Escalators.

❖ Inspection of mechanical and electrical features of elevator installations for conformance to governmental safety orders and regulations concerning standards of installation, maintenance, and operation.

❖ Observes running and drop test of elevators to determine if brakes and safety devices work properly.


Projects with ETA, Saudi:
❖ MECCA MEDICAL CENTRE, MECCA
Started my career as junior erector in this building, which consists of five units. Learnt the art of erecting the elevators with 1:1 & 2:1 roping system.

❖ SYTOONY HOTEL, MADINAH
Promoted as Erector on this site and erected panoramic elevators successfully. And started the Electrical commissioning work.

❖ ARAMCO TOWER BUILDING, AL-KHOBER
Done electrical commissioning work and adjusted Six no's of 450 FPM speed Elevators with several advanced features. (i.e, Up peek time, Down Peek time, advance Blinking indicators) and installed computable Elevators monitor system.
Worked also as adjuster for hydraulic elevators at several aramco buildings.

❖ NAFISI TOWER & MAZAYA TOWER: 5 no's of Mini space Elevators with 3.5m/s for 25 floors.
