- Manage and administer all the affairs of the company as well as its financial affairs
- Handle all the Data Center project activities with the customer
- Assign expiate teams, Local Teams & local sub-contractors for the project implementation
- Follow up with the Head Office the Project requirement such as the Cash fund, Implementation plan & Reports, Resources plan
- Follow up any new Tenders, Biddings & Contracts with the customer, Pre-sales & the legal advisor
- Achieving the financial goals and meet stakeholders expectations
- Reviewing and validating key project structures after receipt of customer Purchase Order, Contract &Approved Early Start request
- Reviewing and ensuring periodic reporting of key project performance
- Reviewing and analyzing project, operations performance according to group process initiates Corrective actions within the project& operations organizations
- Reviewing all project/operations portfolio performance and identify risk areas
- Performing exception based on planned cost validation on a periodic basis and other analytical management tasks which required for the business needs

- Specify and plan operations (including estimation of requirements of staffing, costing, components and methods), co-ordinate, monitor progress and document the installation and Civil Work schedule and KPI of Sites.
- Provide technical expertise and consultancy regarding requirements such as Materials, Tools, Manpower and Problem Analysis.
- Handle the Construction activities for Huawei-Vodafone project
- Lead & manage the civil work team, providing guidance and developing the team’s skills
- Monitor and control the acceptance process
- Monitor and control the sub-contractors’ payments
- Follow up on actions and measures taken by related teams to resolve outstanding issues

- Handle the construction activities for Zain, Huawei-Sudatel & Huawei-MTN projects
- Oversee the documentation of designs and construction budgets, cost estimates, associated financial reporting including cash flow projections and indicated outcome reports
- Issue the purchase orders, variation orders & invoices for the sub contractors
- Ensure a planned set of activities to achieve the project scope to timescale, budget and quality specification is prepared and implemented
- Monitor and review the development of project information and fact sheets, controls invoicing stages and variation orders with the client.
- Follow up the site’s TSSR(Technical site survey report), As Built technical folders with the technical office engineer

- Handle Construction & Installation activities for Motorola -Vodacom project at Mwanza region
- Ensuring safety on site, with responsibilities including checking PPE (hard hats, safety belts and warning signs….etc.)
- Supervise sub-contractors to ensure that the job completed as per the plan and specifications.
- Manage site’s engineers and technicians

- Handle all Canar Tel project activities
- Handling and follow up on all kind of invoices with the client
- Monitor and maintain control of projects undertaking any necessary corrective actions by closely monitoring and managing construction changes, issues, risks and dependencies
- Prepare schedules for the sites under construction then submit them to clients.
- Attend clients’ meetings and discussions to avoid any delaying in the plan
- Review the contracts and the purchase orders received from the client

- Carry out on site’s inspections to ensure quality of site works
- Conduct sites’ visits to handover the sites from the contractors
- Arrange for PAT and FAT visits with the client representatives
- Insure compliance with all applicable policies and regular requirements of information security

- Confirm the accuracy of timeliness and effectiveness of construction progress and issue reports
- Manage a significant program of site acquisition and fitting out and end-to-end technology (design, build, test and implement) major projects or assignments as delegated by the Civil Team Leader
- Conduct the kick-off meetings from the client and to the sub-contractors
- Supervise the sites daily activities

- Reviewing customers’ project technical requirements, specifications and standards
- Implement the Rigs’ foundation
- Implement all Petrobel’s buildings like (Transportation building, Communication building..etc)

- Coordinate with customers’ QC Engineer & the projects’ consultants for inspection and testing related activities.
- Follow up and maintain company’s standards of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements
- Handover any completed activities to the project consultant
- Coordinate with the customer engineers for technical issues
