• Key team member of the sales team responsible for forcing Zoomlion Rough Terrain Cranes into the Saudi Market.
• Key member for organizing and promoting company brands during the 2017 BUILDEX Expo held in Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for managing, coordinating and leading After Sales and Product Support Division.
• Responsible for conducting customer demos and training on equipment fair usage and warranty policies.
• Responsible for handling high worth key customer’s effectively ensuring and enforcing customer satisfaction, resulting in customer loyalty to our brands.
• First point of contact for After Sales Services, Spare Parts and Service Requests.
• Responsible for complete sales & after sales operations cycle.
• Responsible for receiving RFQ’s and raising Quotations.
• Responsible for following up and receiving PO’s.
• Responsible for sourcing and placing orders from suppliers or local/international markets.
• Responsible for authorizing deliveries and raising invoices.
• Responsible for working in tandem with customers, company and suppliers to ensure the smooth transition of communication and immediate end product delivery.
• Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of sales and after sales service operations are answered and delivered with swiftly and effectively.
• Responsible for setting up the Parts Warehouse and Material Movement Management; Set up the parts warehouse and directed the material movement protocols for spare parts sales, warranty consumption, order processing and stock replenishment.
• Organizing training and orientation programs for new recruits.
