▪ Ensures that the coordination & operating processes are implemented, communicated, utilized, and supported on the project.

▪ Conducts daily site meetings ensuring all site personnel are aware of the daily activities, and functions are clear and understood by all
▪ Ensures that the Alstom supervision team attend toolbox talks on a weekly basis with the installers
▪ Organizes and coordinates the daily site activities to be conducted during the day, in accordance with the two weeks look ahead program

recording MOM daily
