- The foundation is working on several development programs in addition to intervene in crises and disasters.
- Our main program is the fight against hunger and malnutrition (which reaches a budget of five million pounds so far). "Fighting Hunger and Malnutrition" program is a development entering designed to treat the chronic and constant hunger for long periods, both in quality obtained and quantity of food, malnutrition and their many diseases.
- The second program is convoys of Hope, a medical convoys specialized health services aim to reach areas that are scarce or less where these services or increase their price, to provide free treatment services of high quality.
Main Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and governance of the Board so as to create the conditions for overall Board’s and individual Director’s effectiveness, and ensures that all key issues are discussed by the Board in a timely manner
Responsible of the implementation of sustained fundraising effort including identifying, soliciting, and retaining corporate, foundation and individual donors.
Promotes effective relationships and open communication, and creates an environment that allows constructive debates and challenges, both inside and outside the boardroom, between Non-executive Directors and the management
Ensures that the strategies and policies agreed by the Board are effectively implemented by the Chief Executive and the management.
Sets, in consultation with the Chief Executive and Company Secretary, the Board meeting schedule and agenda to take full account of the important issues facing the Group and the concerns of all Directors, and ensures that adequate time is available for thorough discussion of critical and strategic issues.
Establish good corporate governance practices and procedures and promotes the highest standards of integrity, probity and corporate governance throughout the Group and particularly at Board level.
- Working with Executive Director, Country Director, and entire team to create a strategic plan and budget for increasing the revenue generated by the organization annually from grants, foundations, corporations and individual donors.
- Create and maintain donor management strategies that will establish and build strong relationships with individual donors and prospective donors.
- Creates, develops and produces print and media informational brochures which support the Organizations’ goals and objective.
- Utilize research, analysis, trends, technology, communication resources, personal contacts, volunteers, and staff to create lasting relationships with foundations, corporations and individual Donors.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors on Board Development and Board centered fundraising activities as part of the new fundraising campaign.
- Work closely with Executive Committee to leverage their skills/increase their involvement in fundraising efforts.
- Develop fundraising campaign measurement tools and strategies to help us effectively track fundraising efforts and ensure goals are being met. Will require use of database or Customer Relationship Management system.
Develop sales plans and annual follow-up and follow-up phases of implementation
Follow-up rates and sales teams to achieve goals
Communicate with management and the different sections to achieve the goals of the company and provide the required support to sales teams
Participate in the development of marketing plans for the company
Participation in the organization and implementation of large events undertaken by the company such as exhibitions and the seminar.
