 A. Facilities :
1. Ensure the maintenance and good condition of the buildings and equipment.

1. Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
2. Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits
3. Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
4. Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
5. Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
6. Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules
7. Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
8. Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
