- Arrange for supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
- Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
- Managing Work Processes: Explains and applies work rules, standards, and guidelines. Provides input into establishing work standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Managing Work and Performance: Monitors work of staff, closely and ongoing, to assess and problem-solve. Reviews performance on a daily basis and provides suggestions and gives instructions for improving work.
- Responsible for quality and quantity of work. Supervises preparation of contract and grant proposals. Develops tools and spreadsheets to streamline preparation of budgets and proposals.

- Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management.
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
- Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
As SHE coordinator,
Responsible for implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines as instructed. Duties include: data management system documentation and reports as required on significant trends; work in conjunction with the safety committee and management to further employee SHE initiatives; maintain employee data on safety; train new employees and coordination for new employee safety training; oversee & conduct facility safety meetings and material; act as liaison with insurance carrier and maintain, in addition review regulatory documentation to maintain facility compliance with regulatory agencies.
