Responsibilities
Managed Architecture & Civil measurement team.
Preparation of all Interim Payment Applications throughout the Project
duration up to the conclusion of Project Final account
Certification of all Subcontractor Interim Payment Applications throughout the
Project duration up to the conclusion of Final Accounts.
Management the Variation and Change process and procedures with the
Employer and Subcontractors in line with the provisions of the Subcontract.
Preparation of quantity take offs and progress quantity measurement as and
when required.
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Identifying variations and preparing variation claim with supporting
documents
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other
documents.
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Preparation of contract agreements for subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare Subcontractor and Supplier Purchase Order (PO)/ Letter of Award
(LOA).
Monitoring RFI and MIR approvals tracker.
Pre-Contract: Various Tenders
Responsibilities
Taking off quantities & preparation of boq for precast element.
Preparation of bar bending quantities.
Preparation of quotations for precast element.
Preliminary dimensional design of precast units.
Identification of precast & additional items,
Study tender circulars and take due actions accordingly.
Following company’s ios design procedures related to his job
in
National Certificate in Draughtsman ship in Provincial Department of Education Eastern Province
