My primary mandate is to engage & enhance business relationships with the top 10 key customer accounts in our market. This involves C-level meetings with Customer Management to promote my organization's entire portfolio as well as obtain a macro-view of the Customer's priorities & budgets for the coming year. My target is to increase overall sales revenue by 5% YoY, along with helping keep AR within 10% of Net Profit. Sales target for the division is approx. US$ 65 million.
I handle senior-level engagements with our top 10 key principals as well, so that mutual goals & objectives are set / executed / followed-up in a timely manner. I assist with marketing efforts, high-value deal acquisition, accounts payable & revenue recognition.
I am also responsible for bringing on-board new principals & services to our portfolio. This includes gap analysis of the current offering & securing a suitable partnership for the market. My target is to achieve 15% to 20% growth by end of year 2.
My team tracks local & international projects with the objective of increasing "ticket-size" or "total project value offering" for the company. I also "up-sell" our proposition with rebate programs & value-added services to EPC contractors.
I head a team of 4, including 2 Sales Engineers who market & sell 10 product lines with an annual turnover of US$ 9 million.
I have an overall Corporate responsibility of presenting the image of the company at events, conferences, seminars, workshops & meetings.
Managing the Sales & Marketing of the Instrumentation Systems Department with products from Bently Nevada - Machine Monitoring and Diagnostics Systems, Matrikon - Process Automation, Alarm Management and OPC software, MSA - Fire and Gas Detection Equipment and Systems, Kelton - Flow Assurance Consultants, Sniffers - Fugitive Emission Monitoring and LDAR, SwRI - Machinery Diagnostics Consultancy, Stahl - Automation Components for Ex Environment, Jiskoot - Sampling and Blending Systems, Servomex - Process Gas Analyzers.
Executed more than 10 GTC's, 20 LTC's and 25 STC's with various "Q-Companies" in Qatar.

Involved in the installation and commissioning of BAUER breathing air compressors at QP fire station 2 at Ras Laffan, Madina Group, Halul Offshore Services etc.

Project work was Automated Weighing Scale System. Technical Training at TCC, Kochi - India.
