Co-ordination with contract coating Inspectors / Supervisor follow up with daily activity. Execute maintenance painting inspection work as per company specification. Carryout Coating, Insulation & PFP condition survey as per scheduled inspection / survey requirements of APMS schedule. Perform coating refurbishment program with Integrated Plan using Jack up Barge for Well Head Jackets, Offshore Production Stations, and associated facilities. External coating survey as per the scheduled survey requirements and Internal Inspection of Static equipment as per the APMS schedule /operation requirements. To determine the coating defective area and evaluate the degree of coating breakdown. Daily inspection and surveillance during ongoing coating refurbishment / maintenance painting activities. All coating inspection activities from surface preparation to the final coating have been conducted under the supervision. Monitoring, inspection, and coordination with contractor supervisor of ongoing of coating refurbishment / maintenance painting activities. Performed inspection and daily surveillance at every stage of coating activity. Perform Inspection/witness of Blasting & Painting activities on internal lining of immersed service of Tanks and Pressure Vessels. Ensure all inspection tools and Blasting/kPainting equipment checked on regular basis to assess the condition and validity of calibration certificate at all the time with valid safety certification. Visual inspection/survey of prior to start blasting works of Maintenance painting activity. Maintenance painting / coating refurbishment Inspection carried by the company specification. Final Visual Inspection of SSPC PA-2 entire coating systems as per the specification. Witness of Discontinuity (Holiday) NACE SP0188 testing on Refurbishment/ maintenance coatings on conductive substrates. Contractor give Daily coating inspection report and Hold Point observance report as per specification, which reviewed and endorsed on regular basis. Review and Witness to endorsed by Delegated Coating Inspector and Sr. Coating Inspector of final acceptance certificate given by contractor.

Check the record the weather conditions prior to blasting and painting activity and during the application with regular interval as per ITP requirements.  Ensure the salt contamination and surface profile with cleanliness.  Final Visual Inspection of SSPC PA-2 entire coating systems as per the specification.  Witness of Holiday inspection of underground piping and internal linings of equipment.  Ensure the final color coding for piping, valves and other based on service as per the company specification.  Ensure contractor’s implementation and adherence to the approved QC procedures and that all required documentation is present as needed and signed off.

• Ensure all inspection tools and Blasting/Painting equipment checked on regular basis to assess the condition and validity of calibration certificate at all the time with valid safety certification.

Specification and review the visual inspection and monitoring of the Field Joint Coating 3- layer Polyethylene Heat shrink sleeves system as per ITP. Ensure tie-in welds are coated in full compliance with company procedures and specifications requirement Inspect the paint work quality are incompliance with the company and contract requirements, The Applicator qualification test is conducted with the requirements of specification. Inspection and test plan for pre-padding and lowering summarizes various characteristics to checked at the end of lowering inspection report will be sent to the client.
