Supervising the pay and benefits of Management Employees including WPS and all related Fringe Benefits.
Managing all accrued and prepaid expenses of 3 regional entities. Coordinating with the auditors for quarterly / yearly audits by providing all needed information and ensuring the SFI is received on time.
Conducting verification of various books of accounts to detect any possible error and ensuring that accounts prepared conform to accounting standards. Review of the accounts and books of the company.
Ensuring accurate and timely recording and documentation of accounting and financial transactions.
Ensured that overall process of the team are in compliance with the policies and standards set by the Internal Audit and BEI departments.
Ensuring customer and vendor payments are processed within the set deadline.
Certification and Posting of financial entries in ERP. Approving Purchase Orders and Travel Reports in legacy system.
Carried out overall accounting functions, including journal entries, Cash and Bank reconciliations.
Prepared financial statements and accounts up to finalization.
Carried out internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency/accuracy.
Provided all required MIS reports to the Management
