• Review the alternatives to the Design concept submitted by the Design Consultant and Contractors,
prepare and submit a report including recommendations to the MEP Director highlighting,
advantages, and disadvantages of each alternative.
• Review the materials proposed by the Design Consultant/Contractor(s) and propose an alternative to
improve the quality, Ensure maintenance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Leading and assisting engineers/draftsmen to review, prepare and develop the required design/Shop
drawings, schedules and calculations starting from the concept report to the detailed construction
drawings on self-performance scope.
• Responding to Contractors tender queries and RFIs.
• Reviewing the Contractors proposed technical materials submittal's, construction shop drawings,
Installation, Testing, commissioning method statements, as built drawings, operation, and
maintenance manuals.
• Working in Aconex Document Management, VBC System.
