Integration and QC manager for the U.A.E National ID Card program sponsored by Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA), the solution is based on Smart Card and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies. The National ID (e-ID) card is the personal identity proof for the UAE citizens and residents, which is built on top-niche security products and standards. My main responsibilities are:

Develop a business plan for the National ID smart card in the UAE
Develop PKI policies and processes; Policy Authority - Key Ceremony…etc
Manage 3rd party integration with EIDA PKI system; Relying Parties and Service Providers such as UAE banks and Federal/Local eGovernment bodies
Plan and manager the program Quality Control (QC) and User Acceptance including;

- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
- System Integration Test (SIT)
- User Acceptance Test (UAT); Functional and Non-Functional test including system high availability, system performance test, measurement, and propose potential enhancements at diverse system layers and components to meet the customer set KPIs

Create and formulate short and long term du web presence solutions and technology strategy. I am managing du Web Self-care https://selfcare.du.ae that encapsulates diverse du different plans and services in quadruple-service environment. The Selfcare Portal targets du customers across all segments to provide post-sale online services

Managing du corporate eShop http://shop.du.ae as the eCommerce Portal for online shoppers to attract du and non-du customers to du products, packages, and promotions in a secure online payment and free-delivery environment.  Managed mobily web portal that is comprised of set of services targeting "mobily" subscribers, the portal enables mobily subscriber to view and pay bills, manage VAS services, OTA settings, manage favorite number…etc

 The portal is built based on J2EE platform and IBM suite of products for ePortal solution; Websphere Application Server (WAS), Websphere Portal Server (WPS), IBM Message Queue (MQ), Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), Tivoli Process Monitor, and LDAP server for user authentication.

 The communication anchor between SBM and “mobily” teams, I managed requirements gathering, project plan, documentations, marketing meetings for site contents & promotions, process enhancement to assure meeting business requirements and deadlines.

 Project Manager for Riyadh Bank PMO Automation Project, a project that utilizes "PlanView" as the Portfolio Project Management Tool (PPM) that is widely used in Europe and currently targeting the Middle east
