-Handling all pre-sales activities in the e-Learning business line; customer needs analysis, requirements gathering, demonstrating company strategy and product presentations, drafting proposals, bidding, qualification, customer meetings, etc.
-Being the Solution Engineer for ITS’ educational technologies portfolio (Bb Learn, BB Collaborate, Bb Mobile, Hive Digital Repository, eXact LCMS, eXact Packager, eXact Mobile, echo360 Lecture capture, Wimba Collaboration suite, Moodle LMS)
-Contributing in delivering ITS’ OneCampus vision, strategy and products offering during on-site presentations attended by customers’ key decision makers. Prospects and customer list includes:
