.Marketing management and business development through setting the marketing strategies
and tactics for the company itself and portfolio to gain the targeted market share within their
market categories.
Managing and controlling all the marketing and sales budgets including DPEs, ATL & BTL
activities to build the brand equity and to promote and sell the company products profitably.
•Responsible for re-launching the Neuro-Psychiatry business unit of Neurotonic, Hypnotic and analgesic EGP 93 M top line sales in 2019 vs EGP 15 M in 2017.
•Lead, coach and manage a team of 54 Members - 8 District Sales Mangers, 1 National Brand Manager, 4 Key Account Managers, 40 Medical Representatives and 1 sales coordinator.
•Marketing Management through delivering business growth via strategic brand positioning and impactful advertising, Leveraging consumer insights/behaviors/trends.
•Reporting to Commercial Head META Region (Middle East, Turkey and Africa), responsible for leading & managing the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business unit with achieving To- Market Sales EUR 11 M (CIF) and In-Market sales EUR 12.2 M (CIF) in 2016 (366% growth vs. 2013).
•Lead, coach, manage and review my team performance to meet and exceed company goals and provide regular feedback as required. (11 Members - 2 Key Account Managers, 7 Medical Sales Representatives, 1 Trade Marketing Manager and 1 sales coordinator).
•Trade Marketing Management through establishing In-Store Excellence and proper trade marketing strategies putting Boehringer Ingelheim products ahead of competitors and to be within the top 3 major market players within their categories.
•Distributors Management through identifying and developing partners for consistent business growth. Evolving route to market strategies to achieve business objectives. Driving and monitoring quantitative and qualitative performance with constant recognition to enhance motivation and business partnership.
•Identify business prospects and participating effectively in the LTF Planning. (5 years -Long Term Forecast) that ensuring the best ROI.
• Process all the Forecasting, Phasing and planning with Cognos™ system plus sales and operation analysis.
•Cross-functional alignment with all the Departments especially the DRA managers, Medical managers and Finance Department to ensure operation success.
•Activation of the CRM and IRep Detailing and Reporting Systems.
•Build the concept of Boehringer Ingelheim is the best employer in the Middle East.
•Reporting to Gulf, KSA and Pakistan Commercial Head, Responsible for Consumer Healthcare Business Unit.
•Coaching and mentoring my team (4 Medical sales Representatives) to ensure the proper allocation of resources and time to area segments.
•Supervise direct reports and activities to ensure delivery of sales target and Annual Plan.
•Conduct CME/AV Meetings with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Achieved 135% In-Market Sales growth vs.2011.
