1. To make sure business is growing each year min 20% through quarterly space management report to find the correct stock movement.
2. Suggesting and controlling the window look of store through Visual Merchandiser on daily basis.
3. Maintaining the store standards through VM guides.
4. Prepare duty roaster for staffs and keeping control on it.
5. Do every day briefing to motivate the staffs to achieve our goals.
6. Train the staffs through weekly training sessions.
7. Communicating with head office every day to help them understand the store requirements.
8. Depositing the every day sales to company account.
9. Keeping a track of staff absence and sick leaves.
10. Preparing monthly staff performance report to guide them their positive & negative points and send reports to head office.
11. Following up with customer complains, exchange and refunds and sometimes suggestion for further improvement.
12. Reporting day to day issues and updating mall events & our contribution to my Area manager & Operation manager.
