• Manage cards & loans collection process.
• Negotiate settlements /workout distressed customers.

• Arrange & reschedule payments for delinquent customers to ensure their commitment.

• Follow up on the reports of overdrawn accounts on daily basis; communicate with BMs, and following up these accounts till the settlement or taking the actions according the rules and regulations of the Central Bank.
• Coordination with the credit recovery department about procedures for hopeless cases and bad debts.

• Participate in calculating the provisions related to devaluation and retail credit risk (in coordination with concerned parties) in order to ensure its appropriateness with rules and regulations of the Central Bank.
• Participate in classifying the retail accounts according to the rules and regulations of the Central Bank.
• Follow up with Insurance Division for the deceased customers' loans and credit cards until the settlement upon compensation from insurance company.
• Replying and confirming withdrawal for customers from Arab Bank branches.
